With more than three decades of professional experience, Chef Sohaila is celebrated for her deep respect for tradition and her bold, creative spirit. Her dishes honor the bold, aromatic spices of Pakistani biryanis and kebabs; the delicate balance of herbs, pomegranate, and saffron found in Iranian khoresht and tahdig; the smoky, tender grilled meat and stuffed vegetables of Iraqi & Turkish cuisine; and the majestic slow-cooked lamb and rice platters of the Arabian Region

Training & Mentorship

Chef Sohaila was personally trained by some of the most respected chefs of her time in both traditional Middle Eastern kitchens and leading international establishments. Her rigorous apprenticeship across the region and beyond gave her an unmatched command of technique, flavor layering, and presentation.
Equally passionate about giving back, Chef Sohaila has personally trained and mentored more than 200 chefs throughout her career. Many of her protégés now lead acclaimed restaurants, teach culinary arts, and represent different cuisines on the world stage. She is widely regarded as a generous and inspiring educator who believes in passing down not just recipes, but the soul and stories behind every dish.
