At World Cuisine (“we”, “us”, or “our”), your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to enjoy your order—from taste to delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return or refund and the conditions that apply.

2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Items
If the product you received is damaged, spoiled, contaminated, or unsafe to consume upon delivery.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives with missing items, wrong product(s), incorrect quantity or incorrect weight.
Note: Perishable food items that are opened or consumed cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons unless they are proven to be damaged, spoiled, or delivered incorrectly.
3. Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery (for food and perishable items).
- Include clear photos of the issue (damage, spoilage, wrong item) if possible.
Late claims may not be accepted.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or refund request:

5. Return Approval & Instructions
If your return is approved:
- For non-perishable products: you may be instructed to return the product in its original packaging.
- For perishable/food products: we may ask for photos or videos instead of a physical return due to safety/hygiene.
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll advise on return delivery or compensation.
6. Refund Options
Approved refunds may be issued as:
Store Credit — usable for future purchases on our website
Original Payment Refund — if applicable, via the same payment method
Processing time: up to 7–10 working days after approval.
7. Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong item or it is defective:
- Exchanges will be processed for identical product or a similar alternative if stock is unavailable.
- Contact customer support within the return timeframe.
8. Shipping Costs
- If the product was defective or shipped incorrectly, shipping costs for the return/exchange will be covered by us.
- For other return reasons not due to our error, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty/damaged on arrival:
